We started it because we were tired of searching for different food options whenever we had any kind of celebration—whether it was a birthday party, a baby shower, or just a simple weekend get-together with friends. All of the fast food options became boring quickly, and large soggy trays of food were not appealing to us at all. 

We noticed that at any kind of party we attended, there were always people from all over the world. Most of the guests didn’t eat a lot, simply because the food options were lacking excitement and variety. Having to go through 5 or 6 different trays just to fill up your plate with big portions of food? And if you realized you didn’t like something after a few minutes, a lot of the food would just go to waste.
