How many pieces per person is recommended?
We recommend 6-8 pieces per person if there will be some other food. If not, 8-10 pieces per person is reasonable.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order no later than 4 days before your event. If cancelled later, only half of the invoice will be returned.

Is set up included in the delivery price?
Yes, set up is included.

Do you pick up all of the plates after the event?
We ask all the plates/ stands/ trays to be returned to us by customer in 7 days after the event.

Do I need to clean the plates before returning them?
No, leave everything as it is.

Can I pay the invoice at the delivery?
No, invoice has to be paid no later than 7 days before the day of your event.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Zelle quick-pay, Venmo, credit card

Do you have any vegan/ vegetarian options?
We do have vegetarian appetizers to choose from, however, no vegan options are available at this time.

How long does it take to set up the food?
It really depends on the size of the order, but having us start the set up at least an hour before your event is always recommended.
